It's been a while since we last posted...not that we haven't been up to much just that we haven't got round to writing about it! Anyway, one of my new year's resolutions is to keep the blog more up to date so here goes!
Today being the last day of my Christmas hols we decided to get out for a nice walk so after brecky we headed to a little town called St Abbs - about an hour's drive from Edinburgh along the East coast. We followed a walk Glenn found online that took us on a loop through farmland and along the coast within the St Abb's Head National Nature Reserve. The walk took us about 2 hours which included time to take a few photos and enjoy a cuppa from the flask half way round. Although my photos don't really capture it, the coastal views were pretty impressive and included a waterfall, a lighthouse marking the southern tip of the Firth of Forth and rock formations that looked very similar to those out round the Chasms!
