Out of office on……

This weekend we were lucky enough to see the sun again and were invited to join Aalish celebrating her 8th birthday at Knockaloe Beg Farm. This was our first outing to the farm and I was really impressed! For £4 per adult (kids under 2 free) you get to roam around the farm looking at sheep, lickle lambs, horses, donkeys and pigs. You can also go on a ride around the farm, try go-karting, feed the lambs and have a ride on a donkey. There's a nice cafe serving homemade cakes, soups and sandwiches too, and they also offer self-catering, B&B and shepherd hut accommodation on the farm which I can imagine would be popular as it's a great spot with views of Corrin's Folly on Peel hill. The place was really busy (probably 99% parents and kiddies) - we'll definitely be back once Daisy is a little bit older and can enjoy all the animals!
