This was a beast of a hike! Cycled in from 'main road' for about 4 miles in the pitch black to the bothy we were staying in. The sound or rutting stags filled the air! They didn't shut up, day or night. Quite an eery sound really. Woke in the morning to a stag in the glen, you can't really make it out on the photos though. Also saw a herd on the mountain side tearing around. Really tough hike taking almost 7 hours, amazing views though to the mountains on Skye (the 1st photo shows these). Here is the info on Munro Magic: http://www.munromagic.com/RouteInfo.cfm?RouteID=84 and also on my Garmin: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/389621712. All in all over 4,200 feet of climbing and took about 2 days to recover!
