Family afternoon out in the sun :-)
Today we explored the Ballachurry Nature Reserve- less than a mile from home and yet somewhere we'd never been before! Although the reserve isn't big (probably took us about 15 mins to walk around) there was plenty to look at with a variety of trees, plants, a stream, ponds and lots of wildlife...although we heard more than we saw and failed to spot the resident peacocks! It's a really peaceful spot with benches set out if you want to sit and chill/birdwatch/nature spot.
After our little wander we headed to Port Erin, parked up Bradda Head and then walked down into the town for a wander around the shops. We must have tired Daisy out as she fell asleep on the way back up to the car! Lovely affy 🙂
